KeanFactory is operated by Shenzhen Kean Silicone Product Co., Ltd., a China-based manufacturer providing silicone product manufacturing, OEM/ODM, customization, product development, and related business services.
The Website is primarily intended to provide information about our company, manufacturing capabilities, products, and services and to allow prospective and existing business customers to contact us and submit inquiries or requests for quotation.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Website accurate and up to date. Any price, estimated lead time, minimum order quantity (MOQ), tooling cost, sample cost, shipping estimate, or other commercial information discussed before final confirmation may be subject to change based on product specifications, quantities, materials, packaging, testing requirements, delivery terms, exchange rates, raw material costs, and other relevant factors.
A binding order will be subject to the commercial terms separately confirmed between KeanFactory and the customer, such as an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order accepted by us, sales contract, or other written agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and the terms of a separately executed or accepted commercial agreement, the applicable commercial agreement will control with respect to that transaction.
Many products supplied by KeanFactory are manufactured or customized according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming applicable product specifications, including dimensions, materials, colors, hardness, tolerances, logos, artwork, packaging, labeling, functionality, testing requirements, and other project requirements before mass production.
Where samples, prototypes, drawings, renderings, specifications, or pre-production samples are provided for approval, production may proceed based on the customer's approval or other written confirmation.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances and variations may occur depending on the product, material, manufacturing process, color, and other technical factors. Any specific tolerance or acceptance requirement should be agreed in writing before production.
You may provide or upload product drawings, CAD files, 3D models, STP/STEP files, PDFs, logos, photographs, artwork, specifications, product designs, packaging designs, trademarks, or other materials in connection with an inquiry or project.
By providing such materials to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority to provide and use those materials for the requested project and to authorize us to use them for purposes reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, develop, manufacture, or fulfill your project.
You remain responsible for ensuring that customer-provided designs, trademarks, logos, product concepts, and other materials do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
We may use customer-provided materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your requirements, prepare quotations, assess manufacturing feasibility, produce samples, manufacture approved products, perform quality control, and provide related services.
Some custom projects may require molds, tooling, fixtures, prototypes, or other production resources.
Tooling costs, ownership, maintenance, storage, modification, replacement, exclusivity, and other tooling-related arrangements will be determined according to the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other written agreement between KeanFactory and the customer.
Payment of a tooling or mold charge does not by itself determine ownership or transfer of physical tooling unless expressly agreed in writing.
Samples, prototypes, pre-production samples, and similar items may be provided for evaluation or approval depending on the project.
Sample appearance, color, dimensions, materials, manufacturing process, packaging, or other characteristics may differ from final mass-production products where such differences are disclosed, reasonably inherent in the sampling process, or subsequently agreed with the customer.
Any applicable sample charges, tooling charges, shipping charges, and related conditions will be communicated separately.
Prices displayed or referenced on the Website, if any, are for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final pricing and payment terms depend on the specific project and will be confirmed separately in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written commercial agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for reviewing all commercial terms before confirming an order, including product specifications, quantity, unit price, tooling charges, payment terms, shipping terms, and other applicable charges.
Any production or delivery lead time provided before final order confirmation is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Production schedules may depend on factors including final design approval, sample approval, receipt of required customer information, payment, material availability, order quantity, production capacity, testing requirements, packaging requirements, and shipping arrangements.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed schedules but cannot guarantee estimated dates where delays result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping methods, freight charges, delivery terms, Incoterms, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and allocation of transportation risk will be determined according to the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, or other written agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for fulfilling import, customs, regulatory, and other requirements applicable to the destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Product quality and acceptance requirements should be based on the specifications, approved samples, drawings, tolerances, testing requirements, quality standards, and other criteria agreed for the applicable order.
Customers should inspect products within a reasonable period after receipt and notify us promptly of any claimed shortage, damage, defect, or material non-conformity, together with sufficient information to allow us to investigate the issue.
The handling of any verified manufacturing defect, replacement, rework, credit, or other remedy will depend on the circumstances and the terms applicable to the relevant order.
Because customized products may involve material purchasing, tooling, sampling, production scheduling, printing, packaging, or other project-specific costs, changes or cancellations may not always be possible after an order or production stage has been confirmed.
Any request to modify or cancel an order will be reviewed based on the status of the project and the applicable commercial agreement. Additional costs resulting from customer-requested changes may be charged where appropriate and agreed.
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, product images, logos, layout, design, and other materials created or owned by KeanFactory, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
